# pregnancy

20 weeks

27.1.2016

Minggu ke 20 iaitu bersamaan 5 bulan.
Alhamdulillah.
Terima kasih Allah atas peluang ini.

“To be pregnant is to be vitally alive, thoroughly woman, and distressingly inhabited. Soul and spirit are stretched – along with body – making pregnancy a time of transition, growth, and profound beginnings.”
– Anne Christian Buchanan

4 bulan to go. Wii...debar juga. Rasa macam lama lagi. Tapi, bila kita kira kira, mmg macam tak lama lagi pun. Macam kira nak berpuasa gak lah ni.

Minggu ni ibu rasa panas lah. Memang pun cuaca panas, tapi kalau ibu pasang ekon masa nak tido tu mmg tak rasa. Ayah kata dah cukup sejuk. Tapi, ibu rasa macam panas jugak.
Pastu nak tido rasa macam kena adjust bebtul lah. Kang tersepit pulak anak ibu ni. Hihi.

Minggu ni ibu bawak baby balik kampung.
Cuti 3 hari sempena hari Wilayah.
Naseb orang tak ramai. Senang nak berhenti pergi toilet kat RnR.
Lps tu kita makan lobster. Hihi. Anak ibu ni mmg makan seafood yg memahal je kan.
Lobster lah, king crab lah. Jangan anak ibu alergic seafood sudah.
Mesti jadi cam ibu yg suka seafood :)

Apa perkembangan baby ibu minggu ni :

How your baby's growing

Your baby weighs about 10 1/2 ounces now. He's also around 6 1/2 inches long from head to bottom and about 10 inches from head to heel — about the size of a banana. (For the first 20 weeks, when a baby's legs are curled up against his torso and hard to measure, measurements are taken from the top of his head to his bottom — the "crown to rump" measurement. After 20 weeks, he's measured from head to toe.)
He's swallowing more these days, which is good practice for his digestive system. He's also producing meconium, a black, sticky by-product of digestion. This gooey substance will accumulate in his bowels, and you'll see it in his first soiled diaper (some babies pass meconium in the womb or during delivery).

Bowel: Meconium is accumulating in your baby's bowel. This sticky black substance made up of sloughed cells, digestive secretions, and swallowed amniotic fluid will show up in her first dirty diaper.

Skin: Your baby's body is now coated with a greasy white substance, the vernix caseosa, that protects her skin during its long submersion in amniotic fluid.

Uterus: The top of your uterus (fundus) is now at the level of your belly button.

Membesar dengan sihat ya anak ibu :)
