Tapi bulan ni graph tak menjadi sebagaiman diharapkan. Bertahan beberapa hari dgn suhu tinggi. Sedih. Sbb rasa bulan ni cam berusaha gigih. Cukup dgn BBT setiap hari (kecuali masa gi course,duk kat hotel n balik kg tu ari), minum Anmum lagi. BD pun time2 'peak season' tu ada juga. Idak la hehari. Selang sehari tu ada. 

Dan sehingga hari ni, pada CD28, graph dah menurun. Ya... sabarlah menunggu makcik itu.

Kerana smlm aku ada makan ubat tahan sakit n kurangkan  bengkak kaki. Ada ke sbb tu suhu jadi rendah. Hehe. Sekadar menenangkan hati. Tp aku tau, AF tu mmg akan datang tak lama lagi. Tak esuk, lusa. AF aku tu sgt sgt berdisplin. Genap 28hari pasti menjenguk, atau kalo flight dia 'delay', ari ke30 dia gembira menjenguk. Tak pernah sekali pun buat hal. Maka, bersabar lah. Allah tahu apa terbaik utk kita. Walo hati sering tertanya, apa penyebabnya.

Ya Allah berilah kami peluang untuk menjadi ibu dan bapa, berilah kami peluang untuk kami mendidik anak(anak), berilah peluang agar kami mendapat doa dari anak-anak kami apabila kami tiada di dunia kelak. Namun ku pohon keredhaan dari mu Ya Allah, jika ini lah yang terbaik untuk kami pada masa ini.

Sbbnya aku tick bila tanda nak ovulasi je. Lps tu aku malas dah.
Tp bila baca2 ni, rasa ruginya la plak tak tick sebulan penuh.

Salah satu petanda yg kita leh kesan samada pregnant atau tak adalah Triphasic Pattern pada BBT Chart kita. Walao tak la 100% accurate, at least, kalo kita amik tetiap bln, kita akan tau perihal badan kita sendiri.

Having a triphasic pattern on your BBT chart does not guarantee that you’re pregnant, but it does seem to be a good sign. I have a friend whose BBT chart shows a triphasic pattern quite often, and she has not gotten pregnant.

It’s also important to remember that the greater majority of BBT charts do not show a triphasic pattern. So if you don’t see this third temperature shift on your BBT chart, you shouldn’t take that as a sign that you’re not pregnant.

Chart ada dlm format excel n PDF. Boleh pilih nak Fahrenheit or Celcius. Sng kan.

Format ni sama mcm buku What to Expect tu.

Jadi just tick tick. Kalo celcius tu, suhu badan yg tinggi adalah waktu yg dijangka kita bertelur. Agak2 la kan. Biasanya dalam hari ke14 selepas period or awal 2,3 ari. 

Suhu mesti diambil sebaik saja bangun dari tidur. Usah gerak2 dulu. Celik je mata terus sumbat termometer bawah lidah. Or bawah ketiak (aku letak bawah ketiak sbb aku mcm geli nak letak bawah lidah). Aku salu je lupa, da capai towel baru tingat "alamak..nak amik suhu". Tp kira aci je la. Nak bagi sng capai, letak termometer tepi katil je.

Bagi sapa periodnya takde poblem. Yang dtg melawat on time jer, dan nak TTC cara manual, di alu-alukan guna cara ni. Best lah. Kita leh tau suhu badan kita. Oke gak pe, if tinggi tetiba luar dari biasa, trus SMS opis kata ari ni nak MC sbb demam. Hahahah.

Aku da lama nak buat menda ni tp terbantut dek pencarian termometer 2 decimal point tu. Jadi baru bln ni terai. Rasa mcm tak menjadi je kut bln ni. Tp takpe lah. Aku sker je nak menantikan next period sbb aku leh dptkan date appoinment kat LPPKN. Tau mmg tak dpt waktu terdekat. Tak kesah pun sbb aku pun nak wat preparation akak ipar aku kawen, utk ari raya (ganti puasa pun belum), utk gi bercuti ke Hong Kong bln Oktober nati. Juga utk masuk umah baru (if siap tahun ni) serta persediaan smbg Master (Insyallah).

Oh. Byknya plan utk tahun 2011 ni kan. Harap2 rezeki menyebelahi ku utk tahun ni. Aminnn...
