Hai.
Lama tak menulis d sini.
Hari ni dah 30 Jan. Berlalu sudah Januari 2013.
Apa yg aku usaha aku bulan ni.
Menghabiskan treatment aura healing.
Jumpa Ustaz tu lps abis period tu hari.
Pegi 20hb (nak catat, sbb lupa).
Tgk cemana. Mmg mengharapkan ada keajaiban.

Bulan ni ada makan fast food?
Ada.
Magic la kalo takde (ni pun baru pas mentekedarah Dominos Pizza. Haha)
Pizza, McDonald. McD berapa kali ah. Sekali ke dua kali tah.
Kena catat seme ni supaya senang nak refer.

Hari ni rasanya 7dpo.
Rasa cam awal O tu bulan ni.
Aku tak check BBT pun (temometer abis bateri..kott)
Tp dari tanda white egg.
Agaknya btul la kut. Entah.

Nak mengharap lelebih pun takut juga.
Jadi, skang kita buat pendekatan - wait n see.
Takde apa2, nxt month kita pegi kaedah lain pula.
Yang penting - kita happy..

Timing Is Crucial!

So, if I get a positive result on an ovulation test, when do we make love?

Great question. The answer is: right away - and daily for the following three days if possible. (haha... tak pepenah aku buat maraton 3 days in a row neh.. tp kali ni, demi mu anak, akan ku cuba juga. And luckily it's on weekend. Hoho)

As noted above, a positive result says that the LH is flowing, and you will likely ovulate within the next twelve to thirty-six hours. Make love right away, the following day, and the day after that for insurance. This way, the sperm should be in the neighborhood to fertilize the egg in a timely fashion. As the egg does not hang around long, timing is crucial, and that is why OPKs will certain enhance the probability of pregnancy.

Sounds great! But are the tests accurate? And when do I begin testing? Let's begin with the latter question first. The day you begin to test depends on your cycle length. Your product insert will give you a "schedule" for a start date based on how long your menstrual cycle is. If your cycle is not regular (the length bounces around a bit), then error on the side of caution and select the longest cycle average. Today, ovulation tests are much cheaper than they were a few years back, so you can simply buy the clinical strips on the internet. They are FDA approved and do have a good record of accuracy.

As for accuracy, in clinical settings ovulation tests are over 99% accurate. That's good news, but it means that you have to follow instructions and all "optimization" suggestions. So, to begin with, do not use first morning urine - that's for pregnancy tests. With OPKs, you should do late afternoon or early evening testing as the LH is produced by your body in the morning and needs to move into your system. As with any kind of urine-based test, we recommend that you hold urine for several hours before the collection. And avoid drinking a lot of fluids right before you test. This two tips will make sure that dilution of the urine will not take place and that the amount of LH in the sample will be at its highest level possible.

Wah. Igt sng nak buat test dlm toilet ofis. Time orang amik wuduk la apa la.

Sudah la guna stick tu kan. Satu hal nak kena cari bekas plak. Haha.

So, apa perlu buat ni? Apa perlu buat ni?

(ahah! walo pun seofis uols, takkan ai nak tarik asben ai trus kut. Agak2 la... sabo yer. Harap ia blum 24jam!)

Dan kali ni aku tak mengong p buang stick tu.
Esuk try lagi buat test. Dan selebihnya simpan utk next month - kalo eksperimen ini tak menjadi lah. Hihi.

When to Have Sexual Intercourse After the OPK Turns Positive

This may sound like a surprise, but making love only after first getting a positive OPK may not get you pregnant at all. Ovulation can happen as early as 14 hours after the OPK first becomes positive. Let's say you test with the OPK at 8 a.m. and it was negative. Then, the OPK turns positive at 11 a.m, but you won't know because you only test once a day. So ovulation could then happen 14 hours later, at 1 a.m. the next day. But having sex after ovulation is not going to get you pregnant.

If you test once only every 24 hours you will only find out about the positiveOPK at 8 a.m. the next day, which may be too late for getting pregnant if you only have sex at that time.

Sperm Life - How Long Do Sperm Live?
In general, sperm can live in the right environment for up to 5 days. The right environment would be inside the uterus and the cervix. In certain environments, such as the cervix, uterus and fallopian tubes sperm have a life-span of up to five days. That's why a woman can get pregnant if they ovulate within 5days after intercourse.

Question: "Dear Pat. I just received my first positive on an LH test. What does this mean? Am I ovulating? And when and how often should we make love?"

Pat: Once you receive a positive result, you may consider yourself at peak fertility! Therefore, with a positive OPK, commence the 'baby dance'. In fact, you should make love the day of the first positive, as well as the following 3 days (to be on the safe side). A positive OPK typically suggests that you will ovulate soon. Sperm can survive in a woman's body for a number of days, so lovemaking should take place so the sperm can be present when the egg descends down the fallopian tube. In sum:

• If you receive a positive result on an OPK, you are at your highest fertility level.

• A positive ovulation test tells you that that ovulation will occur within the next 12-36 hours. Time to make love.

• Make love the day your get your positive result, and over the following 3 days. Yes, this is sex on demand, but that's why there is Pre-Seed!
• Consider BBT charting as a way to confirm ovulation through the body temperature increase that takes place following ovulation (due to the rise in progesterone).
• If your partner has sperm count issues, talk to your doctor about how to time intercourse and determine the right frequency for sex.

Tp sama je cara penggunaan pun kan.

Ekceli aku tak nah guna yg stick ni.

Retu guna yg watson punya. Cam pregnancy test tu. Itu mahal lah. Baru pakai satu. Ada 2 (ke 3 tah).

Jadi hari ni CD 12. Aku terai la test. Hurmm...

No surge.

Tp aku bleh ter buang lak stick tu. Arghh....

Menstrual Cycle : The postovulatory phase

Most months the egg cell simply dies in the postovulatory phase (after the egg cell is released), the endometrium continues to develop and the uterine glands secrete nutrient materials.

If the egg cell meets a sperm cell, and that usually happens in the far part of tha fallopian tube, the fertilized egg continues to travel towrds the inside of the uterus.

That journey takes on average about a week.

Once the fertilized egg reaches the inside of the uterus it attaches itself to the uterine lining, a process called 'implantation'. Most women do not feel when implantation happens. If a woman becomes pregnant, the implanted embryo sends out signals to the woman's brain, and her menstrual period cycle will stop. If there is no implantation, hormones drop, the uterine lining can no longer be maintained and the lining of the uterus breaks down, menstrual bleeding begins, and the cycle repeats.

Sign Of Ovulation

Typical Signs of ovulation:

Increase in cervical mucous- Cervical mucous will increase before ovulation and right around ovulation you will notice slippery “egg white” looking cervical mucous.

Increased sex-drive- You may be more interested in sex or be more easily aroused around the time of ovulation. Some people believe this is a biologically designed way to ensure reproduction.

Breast tenderness- Some women will notice breast tenderness or other premenstrual symptoms around the time of ovulation.

Bloating and water weight- You may be bloated or retaining water around the time of ovulation.

Swollen vagina or vulva- Your labia or vagina may become full and more sensitive.

Ovulation pain (Mittelschmerz or midpain)- You may feel cramping or achiness around the time of ovulation.

Cervix position is high and soft- If you are checking your cervix it will feel high, soft and more open around the time of ovulation. It will be more difficult to reach during ovulation.

Moodiness or increased energy- You may have mood swings around the time of ovulation. Some women may feel a boost of energy prior to ovulation.

Less common signs of ovulation:

Ovulation spotting - some women notice light spotting around the time of ovulation.

Headaches or nausea - Some women are sensitive to hormonal changes and may have headaches or nausea before ovulation.

Q: How long do sperm live?

A: In general, sperm can live in the right environment for up to 5 days. The right environment would be inside the uterus and the cervix. In certain environments, such as the cervix, uterus and fallopian tubes sperm have a life-span of up to five days. That's why a woman can get pregnant if they ovulate within 5 days after intercourse.

Most sperm, however will die within 1-2 days after ejaculation, even inside the uterus. In other environments, such as the vagina, sperm live only a few hours and outside the human body, exposed to the open air, they will usually die within minutes.

The egg, on the other hand, has a life-span of only about 12-24 hours at most from the time it bursts from the ovary. So, fertilization can occur anytime live sperm meet up with a live egg, which can happen even if the sperm are deposited up to five days in advance of ovulation.

Ovulation Prediction Kit

Baru tingat. Aku ada lah mendalah tu. Beli bila tah. Tp ada lagi 2 stick.

Aku beli hok murah tu je. Jenama Watson tu.

Aku penah pakai skali. Masa tu tak ovulate pun. Lagi buat stress. So, skang meh study pasal OPK ni dulu.

A positive OPK test means that your luteinizing hormone (LH) surge has been detected and that you will ovulate in anywhere from 12 to 48 hours.
If you are in a treatment cycle (using fertility drugs), notify your physician's office once you have achieved a positive test.
After a positive test, it is recommend that sexual relations occur before ovulation for maximum conception opportunity.
If you consistently fail to achieve a positive result (after 2 or more cycles), notify your physician.

Tips:

It is not necessary to wait every other day to engage in intercourse. Daily intercourse will maximize your opportunities.
If you have great difficulty using any particular brand, try another one in the next cycle.

Tp eh..ada sesapa yg ada chart lagi best tak? Ce bagi nama application. Aku amik womenlog tu.
Tp cam tapehapatah je. Nak lagi bes dia suh upgrade dan bayo. Kuawasa la mak kan. Mak mmg nak pree je. Haha.

Your fertile days are the day of ovulation and the 5 days before that day. Your chances getting pregnant improve if you make love every day during the 6 fertile days. *pitam nih.tp btul ke hehari? sbbnya masa nak buat SA kat LPPKN pun katanya asben tak leh kuarkan sperm dalam tempoh kurang 3 hari atau lebih 5 hari utk dptkan result sperm yg bbetul berkualiti. When trying to get pregnant how often should you have sex? Every day or every other day? Wait for the OPK to become positive? Or when the temperature goes up?

To improve your chances getting pregnant you need to make love on your fertile days. You only have 5-6 fertile days each cycle, the 4-5 fertile days before and the day of ovulation. Making love more than 5 days before the day of ovulation or making love the day after ovulation will not get you pregnant.

Timing Sex and Intercourse

Timing of intercourse is when you try to make love only within a day or 2 of ovulation. The problem with timing is that has never been shown to improve your pregnancy chances. In addition, many women often do not know the exact day that they will ovulate and studies have shown that even in women with regular cycles, ovulation can possibly happen any time.

You are probably not improving your chances of getting pregnant if you wait with intercourse until the ovulation predictor kit the OPK has become positive. The problem with the OPK is that by the time it's positive you may already have ovulated, and sex after ovulation is unlikely to get you pregnant. Waiting until the BBT temperature has gone up is even worse, as the temperature goes up after ovulation.

Frequency of Intercourse

Couples who tried to get pregnant were previously told to have sex once every other day during their fertile days. But studies have shown you can improve your chances if you have sex once a day every day (as long as his sperm are OK) during the fertile 4-5 days prior to, and the day of, ovulation. In those rare circumstances when the man does not have enough sperm (oligospermia), the old rule of once every other day still holds true.

In addition, researchers recommend that the average couple who is trying toconceive should make love regularly 2-3 times a week, every week because you don't know exactly when ovulation happens. *aduhai...kadang datang time aku maleh tu.. once a week pun aku malas. Acena??

Ovulation Test

Tadi di opis - waktu lunch - kuar gi KLCC jap.
Ada hal perlu diuruskan - rujukan entrydi kebun stoberi sanun.
So, da tatau nak kemana, masuk Watson.
Bkn ada menda pun nak beli ekceli. Saja gatai kaki nak masuk.
So, ada byk masa la tenguk satu satu menda.

Dan tertancap juga pada mendalah ini.

Nak beli-taknak, nak beli-taknak, nak beli-taknak.
48x kot pikir cenggitu.
Sudahnya tak beli.

Aku igt nak beli brand Watson tu je pun.
Rega dia - RM45.90 utk 5 kit.
Pikir2 balik cam mahal la plak.
1 kit - RM9. Pergh hai hai hai.

Tp itu la paling murah antara lain. Kalo hok lain jatuh satu RM12, RM15.
Brrr...

Anak hai anak.....rasanya demi mendapatkan mu, ku sanggup.
Retu da berhabis beli termometer RM60 kan (yg aku guna bebtul 2 bln je. Lps tu cam da culas je. Heh!)
Lagipun aku nak tau sgt bila aku 'bertelur' kan.
Tgk la nati, esuk lusa nak pegi beli adiah utk wedding ari Sabtu ni.
Maka bleh pegi Watson lagi.
Lagipun skang tgh member's sale. Dpt lagi dlm 10-20% less utk certain barang.
Try lah kan.

Tanda Ovulasi

Check suhu badan. Tidak terlalu tinggi dan tidak terlalu rendah. Tp paling tinggi di antara hari2 lepas. Sekitar 36.28C sahaja. Bln lepas2 penah menjangkau sehingga 37++.

Bangun pagi ini mmg panas. Mungkinkah ovulasi?
Tp takde plak tanda-tanda mcm ovulasi.

• Perubahan mukus serviks.

Beberapa kajian mendapati bahawa mengesan perubahan mukus serviks adalah cara yang tepat dan berguna bagi wanita untuk meramalkan hari yang paling subur mereka. Apabila kitaran anda berjalan, volum mukus serviks anda meningkat dan bertukar tekstur. Volum yang banyak dan perubahan tekstur menunjukkan peningkatan tahap hormon estrogen dan memberitahu anda bahawa ovulasi akan berlaku dalam sedikit masa. Anda dianggap paling subur apabila mukus itu menjadi jernih, licin dan anjal. Peranan mukus ini adalah bagi memelihara, melindungi dan mempercepatkan sperma dalam perjalanannya naik melalui uterus dan masuk ke dalam tiub falopio untuk pertemuan dengan telur anda. Ramai wanita mengatakan yang mukus yang berlebihan dan berair pada tahap ini sama seperti putih telur.
(takde ni. Salu ada je. Samada aku tak perasan masa semalam2 or else blum lagi. Tp alah.. kalo ada je pun tanda2 ni tak menjadi gak... hurmmmm)

• Sakit pinggang.

Sebanyak seperlima wanita dapat merasa aktiviti ovulasi, yang merangkumi sakit-sakit dari yang ringan kepada sakit tajam dan menusuk. Ada wanita yang menggambarkannya sebagai "sakit pinggang sebelah" atau keradangan di tempat spesifik. Kondisi ini, bergelar mittelschmerz (sakit di tengah), berlanjutan dari beberapa minit hingga ke beberapa jam. Jika anda perasan sakit serupa pada masa yang agak sama setiap bulan, periksalah kondisi mukus serviks anda juga. Sakit ovulasi boleh menjadi panduan berguna bagi setengah wanita untuk mengetahui ruang subur mereka.
(tp ada gak rasa nyeri cam ni. Rasa mcm period pain yg mild gitu. Mmg tetiap bln berlaku. Tah angin sbb tak makan nasik kot. Tp cam aku ckp kat atas tu, tak menjadi jugaaaakkk....)

• Rasa seksi dan suka memikat.

Libido meningkat, perasaan riang dan lebih sosial adalah tanda-tanda yang anda berada di masa paling subur. Anda mungkin sedar akan peningkatan perasaan berahi semasa anda berada dalam fasa ovulasi di kitaran haid anda. Samada berkahwin atau tidak, semasa berada dalam ruang subur wanita suka keluar rumah, terutama ke tempat-tempat di mana mereka boleh bersosial dengan lelaki lain, bergurau dan cuba memikat. Jika berkahwin, anda mungkin sedar yang pada masa ini suami menjadi lebih cemburu dan lebih memberi perhatian.
(err... blum ada rasa lagi pd bulan ini. Tp mggu ni mmg ada plan bercuti. Tp bercuti dgn kawan2. Jadi kalo nak menyeksi pun tidak lah berguna lagi. Haha)

• Kelihatan bergetah, bergetah, bergetah!

Kajian mendapati bahawa kedua-dua aspek iaitu perasaan berahi dan kecantikan diri iaitu daya-tarik meningkat semasa anda mendekati ovulasi. Kajian baru-baru ini melaporkan yang wanita menyatakan mereka merasakan diri lebih menarik dari segi rupa dan bentuk badan pada masa subur ini. Anda juga akan kelihatan menarik kepada orang lain sebab wanita lebih mengambil berat tentang kecantikan diri semasa mereka subur. Dengan tidak disedari, anda mungkin memilih baju yang menambahkan daya-tarik anda dan lebih berusaha berdandan dan menghias diri; dan wanita kelihatan lebih bergetah lebih hampir kepada ovulasi. Walaupun kita tidak fikir kita juga menggunakan peragaan seksual, seperti terdapat di dunia haiwan, namun, kita tetap menggunakan muslihat feminin kita untuk menarik perhatian jejaka yang utama dalam hidup kita.

Adalah didapati bahawa wanita berbau secara lebih menggodakan lelaki apabila mereka dalam fasa ovulasi berbanding masa-masa ruang subur telah berlalu. Bagaimanakah ovulasi menentukan bila saya boleh hamil?
Untuk hamil secara natural, satu telur dan satu sperma mestilah bertemu dalam tiub falopio sebelum telur itu mati. Sesuatu telur itu boleh hidup tidak lebih dari 24 jam selepas ovulasi; kecuali, ia di senyawakan oleh sperma. Walau bagaimanapun, sperma boleh hidup lebih lama dalam salur genital anda (vagina, uterus atau tiub falopio. Adalah didapati bahawa sperma boleh hidup dalam badan anda sehingga tujuh hari. Walau bagaimanapun, sperma mempunyai motiliti terbaik (bergerak pantas, lazimnya mengikuti jalan lurus) dihasilkan apabila seorang lelaki itu secara purata mengeluarkan mani setiap tiga atau empat hari sekali.

Ini bermakna anda tidak perlu menjadualkan hubungan seks tepat pada masa ovulasi untuk menjadi hamil. Adalah lebih realistik untuk bergantung kepada "ruang subur terbuka" selama lebih kurang empat atau lima hari bila sperma hidup dan sihat boleh bertemu telur ovulasi yang baru.

Seriyes. Kadang2 rasa sadis pun ada. Btul. Rasa cam seksa nau perjalanan nak menjadikan seorang manusia lain ni. Penat pun ada. Kena amik suhu. Check BBT. Check ada cecair ke idak. Tertanya2 bila nak bertelur. Lps tu kena plan utk 'bersama' plak.

Orang lain tu senang je. Cuba tgk bebudak tu. Tak abis sekolah lagi, main pun entah kat mana2. Tp sekali jalan je, trus lekat. Mungkin gak faktor kesuburan kan, umur muda lagi. Tp da dpt anak dibuang2 plak. Haih.
Tp kalo nak kata faktor umur tu tak bleh gak. Ada je org da lebih berumur dari haku yg mudah nya conceive. Kadang derang tak suspect pun. Tetiba. Tupss.. mengandung sudah.

Tp kenapa la aku (kita) ni susah sgt. Byk nau prosedur nak diikutnya. Kan sng kalo main-jadi. Abis cite.

Oke. Aku sedar. Aku mcm da merungut. Tak baik. Sangat tak baik kan. Oleh kerana 'keistimewaan' ni kita kena berusaha. Bukan seme org dapat keistimewaan ni. Kerana Allah bagi keistimewaan ni kerana dia tahu kita boleh hadapinya. Katakan kenapa dia tak bagi je kat si A tu. Si A tu sng je beranak tetiap tahun. Mudah tul, sbb Allah tahu si A tak kuat utk hadapi dugaan mcm ni. Lps tu mesti si A tu pun ada dugaan lain, yg takde plak pada kita sbb Allah tahu si A kuat utk nak hadapi dugaan tu. Kita kena igt takde seorang pun perfect tanpa ada dugaan.
Yang nyata Allah dah tentukan rezeki memasing. Rezeki utk kita juga pasti ada. Cuma belum masanya lagi.

Utk Julie dan Yaya, walau Allah 'pinjam' kan sementara kebahagiaan tu, KakReen harap korang tabah dan kuat. Allah pilih kamu berdua kerana Allah tahu korang kuat utk hadapinya. Sesungguhnya Allah lebih mengetahui apa terbaik utk kita. Dugaan ini juga menunjukkan Allah igt pada kita. Sabar ya. Allah Maha Mendengar, berdoalah adik adik ku, satu hari Insyaallah dimakbulkan.

Cena lah keadaan aku sebenarnya yer. Jauh tu kalo nak ikutkan sperm tu kena 'berenang'. Naik bukit turun bukit. Adeh.. awat la korang tak bertemu ah?? Takkan tak pernah berselisih kot. Ke korang buat tak kenal jer? Alahai. Tegur2 la kalo jumpa tu, ke suma berbudi bahasa, memalu nak mulakan langkah, bertolak tolak, sudahnya satu pun tak 'lekat'. Uhuks.

Oke, skang trus mengenai TTC. This month aku try ber TTC guna kaedah manual iaitu kesan waktu ovulasi guna Body Basal Temperature (BBT).

Sblm tu ayuh kita tgk apa makna ovulasi ni sebenarnya :

Ovulasi berlaku apabila telur yang matang dilepaskan daripada ovari ke salur fallopian dan bersedia untuk disenyawakan. Dalam masa yang sama, dinding rahim menebal sebagai persediaan untuk menyambut kedatangan telur yang sudah disenyawakan.
Sekiranya tiada persenyawaan, dinding rahim akan gugur bersama darah dan haid terjadi.
Fakta utama ovulasi :

    * Telur cuma berupaya hidup 12-24 jam selepas dilepaskan dari ovari.
    * Selalunya cuma satu telur sahaja yang dilepaskan setip kali ovulasi.
    * Ovulasi boleh dipengaruhi oleh tekanan, sakit atau kiranya terdapat gangguan pada rutin seharian.
    * Sesetengah wanita mungkin mengalami pendarahan faraj semasa ovulasi.
    * Implantasi selalunya terjadi 6-12 hari selepas ovualsi.
    * Setiap wanita dilahirkan dengan berjuta-juta telur yang tidak matang yang menunggu untuk dilepaskan.
    * Haid masih boleh berlaku walaupun ovulasi tidak berlaku.
    * Ovulasi juga masih boleh berlaku walaupun haid tidak datang.
    * Sesetengah wanita mungkin merasa sedikit sakit pada bawah perut semasa ovulasi terjadi.
    * Sekiranya telur tidak disenyawakan, ia akan diserap kedalam dinding rahim dan akan gugur bersama-sama darah haid.

Jika telur tak hidup lama, bagaimana pula sperma?

Sperma yang sihat akan kekal hidup didalam rahim paling lama 5 hari - alamhamil

Jadi, itu lah kepentingannya utk kita tau bila kita 'bertelur'. (tetiba rasa mcm 'aku seekor ayam' plak)

Itu ayam. Yg kita tau telurnya besar mana. 'Telur' kita tak silap aku, dari yg aku penah baca sebesar noktah itu saja.
